The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
Non-member Users do not have access to the restricted services. To access these services, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the restricted services, the member User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their personal details and contact information, including their email address.
