Installation and repair services

We provide a turnkey installation service for Mac and PC computers. We can install and troubleshoot equipment not supplied by us.

Study and proposal: free
Remote: €60 incl. VAT/hour
On-site: €100 incl. VAT/hour (+€30 travel expenses within the Île-de-France region)
Half-day on-site: €360 incl. VAT
Full day on-site: €720 incl. VAT

Computer maintenance

We provide IT maintenance for Macs and PCs.

Whether or not they were installed by us, we offer on-site and remote maintenance services with multiple service levels.

Contract-based service. The contract is calculated at €200 including VAT per workstation.
It includes remote support and on-site visits.
The maintenance contract entitles you to a 20% discount on installation services (excluding maintenance).

Computer backups

Data backup is an essential service for protecting important data and files. This service involves regularly backing up data to secure servers to protect it in case of loss, theft, disaster, or computer failure. It is crucial for ensuring data security and availability.

Backup monitoring and corrections: €20 incl. VAT/month
This service does not include software or storage

Half-day: €250 excl. VAT
